First…
On the bobbin…
Off the bobbin…
In the skein…
Details:
- 4 oz Blue Faced Leicester roving from Spunky Eclectic in the Tulips colorway - the bits that are sticking out in the picture are from the targhee that I had spun to test this bobbin which I then completely forgot about until I was done plying…DOH. You hardly notice it unless you’re looking at a macro picture ;o)
- Split into 2 oz balls and spun on separate bobbins then plied onto a third. I tried to meet up the colors as best I could - I actually succeeded in some parts.
- 452 yards fingering weight.
- Started on Tuesday, March 13 finished on Sunday, March 18.
My first yarn from Amelia! (I decided…) It’s perfect for the beginning of Spring but I’m not sure what I’m going to make with it…I guess it goes into the basket ;o)

Sometimes, it’s not about what you’re going to knit with what you’ve spun, it’s just about enjoying the process of spinning!
