…on Sunday.  I hope you don’t mind that it’s late, but I had to wait until it was nice and dark out to take these shots.

The Badlands in South Dakota...

We drove through the Badlands tonight on our way home and noticed how cool everything looked under the full moon.  After we set up our camper at tne KOA, we drove back and pulled out the camera and tripod.  ;o)

How did I do this?  I put the aperture at f4.0 and held the shutter open for 20 seconds each shot.  These shots are the coolest photos I’ve taken so far – and are my personal favorite.  They kind of make me feel like I’m getting the hang of this…  ;o)

    I love love love the badlands. It is such a sight for sore eyes after the flat that is the rest of SD.
    I was only there two months ago, but your beautiful photos make me want to go back… NOW!
