At least…
…I was productive.
200 yards of chain-plied DK weight BFL purchased from Spunky Eclectic ages ago. I cannot remember the colorway for the life of me but I think it has something to do with a Forest…I can’t find the band thingy anywhere, either. It’s probably in the mound of receipts on my desk…anyway, I also have:
350 yards of chain-plied superwash merino purchased from The Painted Sheep ages upon ages ago. I do remember the colorway for this, it’s Dublin Bay. Actually, I don’t remember but my Etsy history does. ;o)
That’s all I managed to produce this weekend – ohwait I did produce 2.5″ of ribbing on my gloves while watching the Steelers WIN THE SUPERBOWL! Including the LEGEN…waitforit…DARY 100 yard interception that had me screaming at the TV like a crazy woman, hehe
It was AWESOME.
…and The Office episode wasn’t bad, either. ;o)

Beautiful work. The colors are gorgeous.
Gor. Geous.
I am still feeling very intimidated by spinning. I bought Jessica’s Lendrum a while back and I have brief moments where I *think* I’ve got it, but then I realize I really really don’t. I know I should be practicing every day, but spinning is stress-inducing for me right now, and many days I just don’t need that extra boost of stress. sigh.
Lovely! I really love the colorful one. A much needed yarn during the dreary winter. This is inspiring me to get back to the wheel.
thats ALL you got done? I was happy just to get my Riverwalk from Spunky plied this weekend. After all that i still don’t have enough to make the vest I wanted :-( I would say you were very productive!
Your chain plying looks great. I am still trying to master that one.

That yarn is gorgeous. I watched the game until after the half time show and then I went to bed. Football just isn’t my thing.

I’m not worthy. Your spinning is gorgeous. Is there a player named Dary or something?

I’d take that kind of achievement. Although the cleaner house is nice, even if I didn’t get as much knitting done.

SWEET JEEZUS! I wanna make little fiber babies with that last one. Seriously one of the most beautiful yarns I’ve ever seen in my entire life, and it’s not just the color, it’s also the spinning. But it’s mostly the color. LOL I keep sneaking peeks at it like a crushing teen.

You made yarn!
One day I will stop sucking so much and return to spindling. /sigh
You were not alone in the tv yelling. It was a great play and a pretty good game. Of course, it helps that my boys won. :D

Beautiful, though of course I’m partial to the Dublin Lake on the bottom ;) Love how the colors played out in the spun yarn!
