Four years…
…ago I wrote this post and threw my hat into the blogging ring. Since then, I’ve written 610 posts, received 4,000+ comments, gone through a few template changes and a few hosting changes but the best part has been the people I’ve come to know over the past four years (second best is learning new and exciting ways to scare myself at midnight – the best time to upgrade a blog).
So I’d like to thank you, my readers, my friends for your readership over the past four years. For helping me be the blogger that I am and for helping me be a better knitter, spinner and all-around fiber artist. Because you know, I’m kind of competitive, and having all the other blogs out there to read has helped make me be a little bit better at everything I do. ;o)
How do I plan on thanking you guys? By giving away not one, not two, not three but FOUR prizes, randomly picked from the comments on this post. You all have until midnight Thursday so get to it! Tell your friends, too! Let’s make this a rockin’ par-tay, folks!

Yep, handspun. Good stuff, even. I hate to let this go but you guys are worth it.
Prize number two is a $25 gift card to The Loopy Ewe.
Prize number three? A Stitched by JessaLu box bag – I have enough fabric sitting in my kitchen waiting to be cut and sewn into bags, I’m pretty confident that the winner will be able to find something they like. ;o)
Number four will be a skein of something nice from the sock yarn stash. I’ll make it blogaversary prize-worthy, trust me. ;o)

p.s. oh yeah I kind of purchased Amelia a sister… she hasn’t told me her name yet but here is what I’m currently spinning on her (she deserves an unveiling post of her own so that’s all your getting for now!)
