…I didn’t have a chance to take pictures of my knitting progress on Tuesday (yep, tax season strikes again) so you get my Ten on Tuesday list (on Wednesday).
Ten Favorite Ethnic Foods:
- Potstickers
- Bankok Beef
- Pad Thai
- Gyros
- Fried Ravioli
- Linguine with White Clam Sauce
- Fajitas
- Gnocchi
- Corned Beef & Cabbage (aka boiled dinner) Carole has a point! lol
- Sushi! (I don’t know why I didn’t think of this in the first place!)
- Spaetzle

I love Mexican food so my list would be made up entirely of that. Oh, and sushi, too.

To me, corned beef and cabbage is ethnic and semi-exotic. Mexican food, on the other hand, is not. :p

Yummy fabric! My collection has grown a little since I got a sewing machine….
Ethnic foods? Thai, Indian, Mexican, Chinese/Malaysian, Indonesian, Eastern Mediterranean, Greek, Italian. (It’s easy when you are Pom Pom Pom tiddly Pom, Scottish and Irish to find ethnic foods!) All time favourite? Tom Kha Gai. Mmmm, yum!
