Merry (Snowy) Christmas!

Merry Christmas!

I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday – we had lots of family at the house which was tons of fun!  All the socks I cranked this year (10 pairs were gifted to 6 recipients) were well received which was a relief!  You always wonder if they’ll get pulled out of the package with a, “yay…socks?” ;o)

We are currently digging out of Snowmageddon (we got about a foot of snow last night), and I’ll be back soon with a post about an FO!

p.s. I did a little refurb to the blog when I was procrastinating during the sock cranking – let me know what you think!

  1. Pretty tree and the pillow is a riot. I like the blog updates but I’m not crazy about this font for commenting, it’s really small and a bit hard to read. I think we should do some revamping on my blog in the near fuure, too. Merry Christmas and good luck digging out – we’re doing the same!
    Carole’s last post …Snow!

I love the new look with the blog. I also love the sox that you gave me. BUT, I am being smart and waiting until my feet are back to normal size before I even attempt to put them on!!! Christmas was awesome with all the family, as usual!!! :-D And I see both of Madison’s bears in the pic. which I love so much. Now I just can’t wait to be able to use the cry detector thingy that you guys got for me. LOL. I can’t remember off the top of my head what it is called. I’m so excited though. Less than 2 weeks and she will be here!!! Oh my goodness!!!! YAY!

  3. Who would not LOVE! socks from you? Wouldn’t that just make everyone’s life complete?

I hope the digging out is done by now. I really like the new blogginess and I’m okay with the comment box font. I wonder if our Carole knows how to make the page look bigger.

Btw, are you a grandma yet? :D

  4. Socks are always a good gift! My Mom has been bitchin’ for at least a month about needing a new pair and is very happy now. I knitted her a pair of house socks and then the one I knit for my test knitting pattern turned out a little too big for me, so she got those too!

I like the new look here! Very chic.
