…years. That’s how long I’ve been sharing my life with you all via this blog. When I first started writing in February 2005, I had a 15 year old daughter, a boyfriend of 6 years, worked as an office manager for an alarm company as well as from home as a bookkeeper, had juuuust started knitting and hadn’t even begun contemplating spinning – also, the bags didn’t even exist for me at that point.
Now I have a 22 year old daughter, a 1 year old granddaughter, a husband, an at-home business and lots and lots of friends I have made through this here blog – and I cherish it all. Thank you for sticking with me, through lots of blog updates and two month ‘breaks’. ;o)
To thank you properly, because I believe in celebrating blogiversaries like Hobbits celebrate birthdays, I will be giving gifts! We’ll start with one, if we make it to 100 50 comments I’ll add another and then again at every 100 50 comment mark – how will we get so many comments? Well, you’ll tell your friends, of course! For every comment that your name is mentioned, you’ll get another chance for one of the prizes!

The colorway is ‘Celebration’ and it was part of the Spunky Eclectic fiber club many years (4? 5?) ago. It is chain plied and I’m not sure the yardage but I believe there’s enough for a nice cowl!

Hahaha I saw this this morning and made sure to remember to enter… and I just have to laugh because one of the first things I spun was the Spunky Fiber Club “Celebration” and ours couldn’t be more different (I am using mine in a felted cat bed, it was that disastrous). I also saw this on Cookie’s blog!
